Frequently Asked Questions

My product is faulty...

If a product develops a fault you should contact us to make us aware as soon as possible by emailing, support@squeakylees.co.uk. We provide warranty on products up to six months from date of purchase, excluding consumable items - such as wash mitts, microfibre towels, and other items that will be subject to wear and tear from normal use. In all cases you must be willing to supply proof of purchase in the form of an order ID, invoice, or confirmation email.

Squeaky Lee's Return Policy

At Squeaky Lee's, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase however, we know that sometimes things can go wrong and you'll need to send an item back to us.

You may return goods for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt of goods. Please note we don't offer free returns, delivery and return carriage is NON refundable on goods ordered in error, or goods that are no longer required.

How do I return goods?

Before returning your item(s) send an email to support@squeakylees.co.uk to let us know that we can expect your parcel, clearly stating why you're returning the products.


Once you've emailed and we have confirmed your items for return. Using the original packaging, return to the following address using your preferred carrier service (we recommend using Royal Mail):
